Question: What forms of payment does XLT Communications accept?
Answer: All businesses wanting to become a dealer of XLT products are required to fill out the Dealer Application. XLT Communications does offer term billing, and accepts all major forms of credit cards. PayPal is also accepted.
Question: How quickly will my orders ship?
Answer: All orders received before 3 pm EST, Monday through Friday, will ship same day via UPS. We can ship by Ground, 3-day, 2-day, or Overnight. Just let us know.
Question: Will you ship using my UPS Account?
Answer: We will be happy to do this for you. Just provide your account number when ordering.
Question: Will you drop ship my order for me?
Answer: We will ship the product to your customer for you if you wish. We will not put a packing slip inside the package or anything else that says the product is being shipped from us. If you have a packing slip that you would like to be placed in the box, send it along with your order and we will be happy to put it into the package. Drop shipments are $3.00 per order.
Question: Why should my business sell XLT products?
Answer: XLT Communications offers exceptional products for a fraction of the OEM cost. Customers like different alternatives. If they can purchase a like kind and quality product for a lesser price, they are going to purchase that product. Your bottom line will grow selling these products, GUARANTEED!
Question: Can I put your products on my web page?
Answer: Yes! We encourage you to do this to help your customers to see the product. Once a Dealer, you will be given access to our pictures for you to use.
Question: I am an International dealer.... Will you ship your products to me to distribute overseas?
Answer: Yes we will. We like the idea of having our XLT products going International.
